The ST200 allows using low-voltage steppers without the use of large dropping resistors, meaning that you can plug a 5V stepper into the ST200 board, hook up a 24V line, and start running the stepper, the programmable chopper electronics automatically regulates the current no matter the stepper's speed.

The ST200 board is equipped with a heavy-duty male 4-pin .156" connector for hooking up the stepper, plus a second male 3-pin .156" connector for the motor's voltage source.

The board also carries an 8 pin male 0.1" connector for the control signals from your main control board.

Note: By default, the ST200 can be fully operated with only 2 input signals, which are the DIR(CW/CCW) and CLK(clock) inputs. The other 6 are just optional.
